The excitement over Christmas songs intrigues me, so just in time for Christmas, I did a MECHy survey to find out which are our favourite Christmas songs. The MECHy Christmas album would look something like this:

The Pogues - Fairytale in New York

Mariah Carey - All I want for Christmas

Chris Rea - Driving Home for Christmas

AC DC - Mistress for Christmas

John Lennon - Happy Christmas (War is Over)

Band Aid - Do they know it's Christmas Time at all?

The Ronettes - I saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus

Nat King Cole - Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire

Chris De Burgh - A Spaceman came Travelling

Slade - It's Christmas
